Role Overview

Binance is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in API trading systems. This role supports institutional clients—such as HFTs, hedge funds, and quant trading firms—by resolving complex technical issues in a high-volume, high-availability environment. You’ll work closely with VIP clients and internal technical teams, bridging the gap between product, development, and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve real-time API trading issues for institutional clients.
• Collaborate across departments—product managers, developers, and infra teams—to ensure rapid response and resolution of technical escalations.
• Prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Participate in product iteration discussions and help shape technical roadmaps based on client feedback.
• Deliver internal and external technical training and documentation to improve support quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer service, tooling, and technical workflows.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering or support role.
• Strong understanding of software development practices and API integration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially in English and Mandarin (due to stakeholder coordination needs).
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to engineers, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong team collaboration and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quantitative or algorithmic trading systems.
• Familiarity with cloud migration and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of open-source tools, APIs, and frameworks in fintech or blockchain environments.
• Exposure to market data analysis and performance tuning in high-frequency trading.
