Salary Range: $100,000–$112,000 + equity + benefits

🧠 What’s This Role About?

You’ll be the go-to person for workplace data and analytics. Your job is to help Discord understand how people use their office space and how to make it better, safer, and more fun. You'll also support the office team with events, vendor management, and day-to-day operations.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Discord’s workplace analytics strategy (badge data, occupancy sensors, space usage).
• Build dashboards and reports to help teams make smarter decisions about the office.
• Create fun and engaging reports (e.g., turning boring data into cool stories!).
• Help run and optimize events, vendors, and daily office operations.
• Respond to support tickets and provide in-office help for employees.

💡 You Should Have:

• 4+ years of experience in workplace or facilities support roles.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiar with workplace tech like Envoy, VergeSense, Density, etc.
• Good at switching between data thinking and human communication.
• Able to lift ~30 lbs (physical aspect of supporting office ops).
• Clear communicator who makes data easy to understand for everyone.

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have:

• Project management experience or certification.
• Great internal communication skills (especially turning complex data into fun content).
• Experience working with multiple office locations.
• Vendor management experience.
