Role Summary

Join ZoomInfo’s Data Research team to enhance data quality and coverage for top-tier B2B data products. Conduct detailed company and contact research to support the improvement of ZoomInfo’s market-leading datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand ZoomInfo data with focus on specific project areas
• Perform company and contact research using online and phone resources
• Input accurate data into internal systems using various tools
• Support data cleanup, health testing, and model testing projects

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in market research, social sciences, economics, business, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
• Knowledge of secondary research methods; prior market research experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication, including phone-based verification
• Proficient with basic computer and research tools; beginner skills in Google Sheets/Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguous data situations
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and work independently
• Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to grow

Compensation

$36,000 - $49,500 USD base salary, plus potential bonus, commission, equity, and benefits
