Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth crypto research on thematic trends, blockchain protocols, and ecosystems.
• Utilize on-chain analytics and data tools to generate industry-leading insights.
• Produce research reports cited by news outlets and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Coordinate with CMC research partners, managing external and internal research projects.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Marketing, Data, and Design teams to lead research-driven initiatives.
• Track blockchain ecosystem developments to identify emerging trends and formulate strategic insights.
• Acquire a deep understanding of crypto technology, regulation, economics, and protocols.

Skills & Requirements

• Passion for cryptoassets and deep understanding of the ecosystem.
• Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
• Market analysis experience and ability to synthesize complex topics into concise summaries.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote, multicultural team setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in Business Development or Account Management.
• Attention to detail and consistency in research methodologies.
• Bonus: Background in data science or analytics.
