🎯 Role Overview

You’ll serve as a Blockchain/Crypto Researcher and Lecturer, contributing through:

• Research,
• Curriculum development,
• Lectures and public speaking,
• Content creation,
• Cross-functional collaboration.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on blockchain, crypto markets, and trends; create reports, articles, summaries.
• Teaching & Curriculum: Develop and teach educational content tailored to beginners through professionals.
• Public Speaking: Represent Binance TH Academy at conferences and public events.
• Content Creation: Write articles, whitepapers, and other thought leadership pieces.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align content with company strategy.

✅ Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; blockchain certifications a plus.
• Experience:
• 2–5 years in the crypto industry.
• Proven research & analysis track record.
• Familiarity with blockchain, distributed systems, financial modeling.
• Teaching:
• Prior experience in academic or corporate training.
• Curriculum development is an advantage.
• Communication:
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Public Speaking:
• Experience in conferences or public engagements.
• Comfortable representing the organization externally.
• Research:
• Strong data analysis and market trend interpretation.
• Preferably published in journals or media.
• Soft Skills:
• Team-oriented and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
