🚀 About the Role

As a Retention Analyst, you will help reduce customer churn, improve retention strategies, and analyze data to drive actionable insights in PhonePe’s stock broking business. You’ll work across departments—analytics, product, finance, marketing, and more—to ensure users stay engaged and active.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Track customer churn trends, business metrics, and health indicators
• Conduct deep-dive retention and cohort analysis
• Generate insights using analytics tools to support data-backed decision making
• Ideate and implement interventions to improve retention
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of retention efforts
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
• Keep tabs on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retention strategies

✅ Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong command of MS Excel and basic analytics
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience in data-driven roles, especially in fintech or stock markets, is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work in high-paced environments
• Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration
