Overview:

Binance is hiring a Risk Manager to lead the development and maintenance of a robust risk management framework tailored to local Turkish regulations (SPK, MASAK) and international standards. This role supports Binance’s strategic regional expansion by ensuring risk is actively monitored, reported, and mitigated through close collaboration with department leaders and compliance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain risk policies aligned with both regulatory and business requirements
• Monitor risk appetite, produce management reports for deviations, and suggest remedial actions
• Manage risk registers and ensure timely reporting and attestation
• Create risk dashboards to track key risk indicators and control deviations
• Work with department heads to review and align risk-control environments
• Identify and report key risks across the organization and escalate to board/management
• Prepare risk reports for the Board and Management Committee
• Keep current with global trends in insurance and risk management to enhance internal frameworks

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in risk management within financial services
• Strong command of enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies
• Proven experience building and executing risk frameworks and mitigation strategies
• In-depth knowledge of Türkiye's regulatory environment (SPK, MASAK) and digital asset compliance
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
• Professional certifications in risk or compliance (a plus)
