š¢ Role:
- Sales Operations Manager
- Full-time
- Reports to: Director of Sales Operations, Strategy
- Focus: Supporting the go-to-market strategy of Discordās new Advertising Solution
š¼ Key Responsibilities
- Build foundational sales operations in a zero-to-one (0ā1) environment.
- Develop analytics and insights for:
- Pipeline management
- Revenue forecasting
- Territory definitions
- Target setting
- Sales incentives
- Design and refine sales reports + dashboards.
- Analyze rate cards, packaging, and pricing strategies (benchmarking vs. industry).
- Support non-standard deal modeling (balancing customer goals, revenue targets, profitability).
- Optimize the Salesforce CRM and ensure sales data accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align operations with product launches and GTM efforts.
- Contribute to internal sales reviews and long-term sales planning.
ā Ideal Candidate Has:
- 6+ years experience in:
- Sales ops
- Revenue ops
- Pricing/yield management in digital advertising
- Deep understanding of digital media and ad tech ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills: can extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel modeling)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup-like environment; ability to handle ambiguity and build from scratch.
šø Compensation
- Base Salary: $232,000 ā $261,000 USD
- Plus: Equity + Benefits
- Total compensation will vary based on your experience and background.
