About the Role:

ZoomInfo is seeking an SDET III to join their Quality Engineering team. In this role, you will work within an Agile team and be responsible for designing and implementing test automation solutions to validate the functionality and infrastructure of ZoomInfo products. As an SDET, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the products are of the highest quality by implementing robust test strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Agile Collaboration: Work as part of an Agile team to deliver high-quality products.
• Test Design: Design test plans and customer scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Testing Execution: Take ownership of test execution and quality assurance processes.
• Quality Ambassador: Act as the quality advocate within the Scrum team, enforcing best practices.
• Automation: Define, implement, and maintain automation utilities for efficient testing.
• Troubleshooting: Use software development methodologies to isolate and troubleshoot technical issues across the full technology stack.
• Collaboration: Work with Quality and Engineering teams to establish coding standards for maintaining robust automation.
• Quality Engineering Processes: Contribute to the definition and enforcement of quality engineering practices and procedures.

What You Bring:

• Experience:
• 5-7 years of overall experience in software engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in QA and 3+ years as an SDET focusing on automation.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Application Development Lifecycle.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, and Pact.
• Strong knowledge of End-to-End (E2E) testing and complex systems testing.
• Ability to write detailed test specifications.
• Understanding of n-tier architecture and associated testing strategies.
• Prior experience with testing in cloud-based infrastructure.
