Position: SEC Financial Reporting Analyst

Location: Remote (Canada) | Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $108,630 – $127,800 USD + bonus + equity + benefits

Summary:

Coinbase is hiring an SEC Financial Reporting Analyst to support quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally on disclosure drafting, XBRL tagging, financial data accuracy, and SOX compliance. This role suits a CPA with a strong grasp of US GAAP, SEC rules, and financial systems like NetSuite and Workiva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare SEC filings and earnings release materials
• Research disclosure requirements and new accounting pronouncements
• Ensure compliance with SOX 404 controls
• Assist in audit requests and financial data reviews
• Collaborate with teams across Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent license
• 1+ years SEC reporting experience (public company)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regs, and financial systems
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
