This position is specifically with Gulf Binance, the Thailand-based joint venture between Binance and Gulf Energy.

🎯 Role Overview

This role centers on leading AML compliance strategy and execution for Gulf Binance. You’ll design AML frameworks, monitor transactions, and engage with Thai regulators (AMLO) to ensure full compliance and risk mitigation across Binance’s Thailand operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AML policies, risk frameworks, and internal controls.
• Manage transaction monitoring, SARs, EDD, and AMLO reporting obligations.
• Perform AML risk assessments and propose process improvements.
• Lead investigations and escalate red flags to regulators or management.
• Deliver AML training and promote compliance culture.
• Stay current on Thai and international AML regulations.
• Partner with internal teams to embed AML into product and ops workflows.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Law, Business, or similar (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AML, compliance, or financial crime risk.
• Strong knowledge of Thai AML laws and international best practices.
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems and KYC/face verification tech is a plus.
• High attention to detail and analytical rigor.
• Excellent communication skills, including report writing and regulatory interaction.
• Fluency in both Thai and English (mandatory).
