Role: Trade, Custody, and Business Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor real-time exchange trades, market activity, and trading risks.
• Develop systems to identify advantageous and disadvantageous trades.
• Manage trade bust resolutions with third-party exchanges.
• Oversee account balances, risk management, and compliance-related trade reviews.
• Optimize fund management across platforms for a seamless trading experience.
• Build trade data dashboards and analyze market trends.
• Work across shifts, including weekends, as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Fintech/Financial Broking.
• Hands-on trading experience with a data-driven approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
