Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate – Trade, you will lead market-making and trade operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional user experience. You’ll monitor real-time trading, manage listings and delistings, and optimize trade data across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise trade operations and market-making functions
• Handle listings, delistings, and corporate actions
• Monitor trades, exposure risks, and trading analytics
• Improve processes and customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party exchanges
• Manage client account actions and platform funds

Requirements:

• MBA/Postgraduate in Finance/Financial Markets
• 3+ years of team leadership in Fintech/Broking
• Hands-on stock market trading experience
• Strong trade analytics and data-driven mindset
• Effective communicator with excellent problem-solving and people skills
