Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate – Trade, you will be responsible for overseeing various trading operations, enhancing processes, and ensuring smooth market activities. Your tasks include:

• Market Making & Trade Operations:
• Manage market making operations and all trade activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal trading outcomes.
• Listing & Corporate Actions:
• Manage the listing, delisting, and corporate actions across trading products, ensuring proper handling of all changes.
• Real-Time Monitoring & System Development:
• Monitor real-time exchange trades, active markets, and collaborate with teams to develop processes and systems for effective trading management.
• Risk Management:
• Oversee exposure losses, risks associated with trading activities, and build SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for risk mitigation.
• Customer Experience & Process Improvement:
• Focus on improving the customer experience and fine-tuning internal processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Market Analytics:
• Keep a real-time check on traded values, product spreads, and market depth across all order books.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, build dashboards, define SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and track business processes and performance.
• Third-Party Exchange Collaboration:
• Work with third-party exchanges for corporate action compensations, trade escalations, and resolving trade-related issues.
• Account Management:
• Freeze and unfreeze client accounts when required, as per policies or agreements with clients.
• Funds Management:
• Manage funds across platforms to ensure a seamless and effective trading experience.
• Trade Data Optimization:
• Optimize and analyze trade data to ensure smooth functioning of exchanges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:
• Post Graduate / MBA in Finance or Financial Markets.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of team-leading experience in the Fintech or Financial Broking space.
• Stock market trading experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in trade analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action.
• People management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
