About the Role

Join CoinDCX’s Trade, Custody, and Business Operations team to manage market-making and trade operations, optimize processes, and ensure smooth trading experiences across various platforms in the fast-paced world of VDA (Virtual Digital Assets), Web3, and blockchain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage market-making operations and day-to-day trade operations
• Handle listing, delisting, and corporate actions on trading products
• Monitor real-time trades and market activity; develop processes and systems
• Manage exposure losses and risks; create SOPs for trade-related processes
• Collaborate across teams to build dashboards, define SLAs, and track performance
• Coordinate with third-party exchanges on corporate actions, compensations, and escalations
• Freeze/unfreeze client accounts as per policy
• Manage funds across platforms to enhance trading experience
• Analyze trade data for continuous operational improvement

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Post Graduate / MBA in Finance or Financial Markets (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of team-leading experience (mandatory)
• Experience in fintech or financial broking space (mandatory)
• Stock market trading experience (mandatory)
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
• Good communication and people management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a bias towards action
