📌 Position Overview

• Role: Senior Automation QA Engineer / SDET (Python)

• Team Focus: Backend Integration Testing for high-performance systems
• Tech Stack: Python, Bash, Linux, APIs, Distributed Systems

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As part of Binance's QA Engineering team, you'll:

• Collaborate with developers and PMs to design and deliver robust features
• Create and run integration tests using Python
• Build reusable test cases for unreleased features
• Automate regression/integration tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot backend issues and contribute to root cause analysis
• Improve existing QA scripts and test frameworks
• Ensure continuous integration readiness before production deployments

✅ What You Need

• 5+ years in backend QA or SDET roles
• Proficiency in:
• Python (must-have)
• Bash scripting
• Linux/Unix systems
• Experience testing:
• APIs (REST/gRPC)
• Databases
• Distributed (non-monolithic) backends
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and QA best practices
• Analytical mindset: ability to break things and trace the “why”
• Strong English communication skills (clear and technical)

➕ Nice to Have

• Developer background (helps in automation and debugging)
• Experience working in crypto/FinTech environments
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
• Familiarity with containerized systems (Docker/K8s)
