🛠️ Role Responsibilities

You'll be expected to:

• Collaborate closely with developers and PMs to ensure quality releases
• Design and write automated integration tests in Python
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and stamp features QA-ready
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and document them
• Enhance test frameworks for better coverage, reporting, and automation
• Continuously improve the testing process and existing QA scripts

✅ Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend QA automation or SDET roles
• Strong scripting in Python (core requirement)
• Familiarity with Bash, Linux/Unix
• Proven experience with API, database, or microservice testing
• Experience integrating automated tests in CI pipelines
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to dive into root cause analysis and document solutions clearly

➕ Nice to Have

• A developer background or experience building custom test tools
• Prior exposure to crypto, blockchain, or FinTech
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed test setups
