🎯 Role Overview

This position is on Binance’s Web3 Wallet team, where you’ll design and develop backend systems supporting decentralized finance (DeFi) and crypto wallet features. You’ll work in a Java/Spring-based microservices architecture with high concurrency and performance demands, collaborating across global teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java Spring microservices for Web3 Wallet systems.
• Define end-to-end system architecture in collaboration with product/project managers.
• Coordinate with multiple tech teams across domains and geographies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable backend solutions.
• Conduct architectural reviews, risk assessments, and propose improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Work across time zones with global team members.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of backend development and architectural experience.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring-based microservices.
• Proven delivery in high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in distributed teams.
• Experience in Web3, crypto, or blockchain is a plus, not required.
