About the Role

Join Binance’s backend engineering team to design and develop scalable Java Spring microservices supporting their Web3 wallet products. Lead system architecture efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers to build high-availability and high-concurrency systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Java Spring microservice applications
• Collaborate with product and project managers to own the end-to-end architecture
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple domain teams during the project lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with company goals
• Conduct architectural reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
• Adapt working hours to collaborate with global teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong architectural background
• Expertise in Java Spring microservice frameworks
• Experience designing systems for high concurrency and high availability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid teams
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies is a plus
