Senior Blockchain Engineer - DEX Data | Binance – Singapore (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Join Binance's Wallet team to build and optimize the next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) data infrastructure. As a Senior Blockchain Engineer for DEX Data, you'll be responsible for managing large-scale transaction data, creating scalable storage solutions, and optimizing data systems to ensure high performance and reliability. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on the forefront of blockchain technology within Binance's growing Web3 initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, capture, index, and store a vast amount of transaction data on decentralized exchanges (DEX).
• Backend System Development: Build and maintain backend data systems for high availability, high concurrency, and optimized data flow.
• Scalable Storage Solutions: Design, develop, and optimize big data storage systems to handle large-scale data in a decentralized environment.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance the storage and retrieval processes to improve query speed, system throughput, and overall performance.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Implement multi-dimensional real-time and offline data analysis, providing insights like K-line charts, PNL (Profit and Loss) analysis, and comprehensive transaction history.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve data collection processes and ensure efficient data flow.

Key Skills & Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Extensive experience processing and storing massive amounts of data with a strong understanding of distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in distributed data technologies such as Hive, Presto, HBase, or TiDB.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain, exchanges, and smart contracts concepts. Relevant project experience is preferred.
• Self-Motivation & Collaboration: Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-department teams.
