Key Responsibilities

• Lead onchain security strategy and threat modeling.
• Conduct audits and identify vulnerabilities in smart contracts and protocols.
• Build security tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Mentor team members and engage across departments.
• Stay ahead of blockchain security technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of smart contract auditing experience.
• Strong understanding of L1/L2 networks, DeFi, staking.
• Experience identifying low-level and business logic vulnerabilities.
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
• Passion for mentoring and continuous learning.
