Key Responsibilities

• Develop security strategies and threat models for blockchain protocols
• Identify and mitigate top onchain security risks
• Build security tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Mentor team members and promote crypto-forward thinking
• Establish industry standards and guide adoption internally

Qualifications Required

• Deep knowledge of L1/L2, DeFi, and staking
• 3+ years of smart contract auditing; led complex protocol reviews
• Ability to identify multi-level smart contract vulnerabilities
• Strong communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-changing environments
