🔍 Role Overview

Crypto.com is looking for a Senior / CRM Specialist for a 9-month contract. You will be responsible for executing cross-channel communications to drive platform retention, engagement, and usage. The role will focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and optimizing key metrics via channels such as push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Assist in CRM & Campaign Planning: Support the CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM campaigns.
• Manage User Lifecycle: Oversee segmentation, automation, optimization, and reporting of the user lifecycle.
• Drive Engagement: Focus on increasing platform retention, loyalty, and engagement (e.g., DAU/MAU, purchases).
• A/B Testing: Analyze CRM initiatives and enhance campaigns through A/B testing to improve performance.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or business analysis (BA) roles.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce is required.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, trading, and derivatives.
• Interest in financial news and staying updated on industry trends is preferred.
• Experience with campaign management and automation, especially in A/B testing.
• Fluency in English (required). Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrates ownership, responsibility, and a high commitment to tasks.
