Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior / CRM Specialist to support and execute multi-channel communications for our emerging e-commerce platform. This contract role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on user engagement, retention, and platform adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams to deliver targeted, personalized experiences via email, push notifications, and in-browser messaging.
The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution capability to elevate CRM effectiveness, leveraging data-driven techniques to optimize the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Assist the CRM Manager in planning and delivering CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end campaign execution, from segmentation and targeting to testing and performance reporting.
- User Engagement
- Drive retention, loyalty, and engagement KPIs (e.g. DAU/MAU, session activity, purchases).
- Design and implement automation flows for onboarding, re-engagement, and upselling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams to ensure alignment with business goals and campaign readiness.
- Translate product features and updates into user-centric messaging strategies.
- Testing & Analytics
- Set up and analyze A/B tests to continuously optimize CRM performance.
- Deliver post-campaign evaluations and insights to improve future efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in CRM, digital marketing, growth, or business analytics roles.
- CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital assets, trading, or financial derivatives.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex campaigns with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting metrics and using insights to inform decisions.
- Mindset: Ownership-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering measurable results.
