About the Role

Crypto.com is seeking a talented Senior / CRM Specialist to support the execution of cross-channel customer communications for our upcoming e-commerce platform. This 9-month contract role is perfect for a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of user journeys and retention strategy.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams to deliver high-impact campaigns through push notifications, email, and in-browser messaging—ultimately driving engagement, retention, and user lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement go-to-market (GTM) CRM strategies
• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle
• Manage segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign performance reporting
• Track and drive key metrics such as DAU/MAU, conversion, and repeat purchases
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize CRM engagement and communication effectiveness

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or business analysis
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle, retention, and engagement metrics
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or financial services preferred
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
