Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst – Compliance, you will lead and support data-driven initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and improve business efficiency. You will design visualizations, analyze large-scale data, and partner closely with compliance and business stakeholders to drive insights and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data analysts
• Design complex visualizations and data models that meet compliance and regulatory needs
• Build analytical systems that enhance operational efficiency across business teams
• Analyze PB-scale transactional, customer, and operational data using advanced data tools
• Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations and dashboards
• Collaborate with compliance teams to prioritize and execute high-impact analytical use cases
• Manage and deliver on business data requests, while assessing change impacts
• Contribute to the design of internal data governance and analytics standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a compliance, fintech, or regulatory setting
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, data, or engineering-related field
• Strong command of SQL, Python, or R
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Redshift)
• Ability to work cross-functionally to gather requirements and prioritize analytical tasks
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and clear communication skills
• Experience with financial or trading compliance analytics is a plus
