About the Role

The Senior Data Analyst – Compliance will lead and contribute to analytical efforts aimed at ensuring regulatory adherence and internal policy alignment across Binance's operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems and dashboards that monitor transactional patterns, optimize operational workflows, and support global compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing data analytics team, building models and visualizations that support compliance and risk-related objectives.
• Partner with compliance departments to prioritize analytical use cases and deliver data-driven insights.
• Interpret and analyze large-scale (PB-level) transactional and operational data using open-source and proprietary tools.
• Develop and manage data visualization dashboards and tools to enhance regulatory reporting and internal monitoring.
• Own and fulfill stakeholder data requests, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
• Support automation and workflow improvement within compliance processes.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in finance, compliance, or trading environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, R.
• Skilled with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
• Familiarity with big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Hive, Redshift.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments, risk modeling, or compliance analytics is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience analyzing financial or crypto trading data.
• Background in developing automated compliance or fraud detection systems.
• Prior exposure to AML, KYC, or regulatory reporting processes.
