🧠 Role Overview:

Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of petabyte-scale data warehouses that power insights across the Binance ecosystem. You’ll use deep experience in Big Data technologies, ETL pipelines, and governance frameworks to ensure fast, scalable, and secure data operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and scale a flexible enterprise data warehouse aligned with business needs.
• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor ETL pipelines and data models.
• Rapidly debug and optimize logic for complex data issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Lead data governance initiatives—build metadata and data quality monitoring systems.
• Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote team-wide technical growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to abstract business logic into robust system design.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years building and scaling data lakes/warehouses.
• Expertise in:
• Data modeling (dimensional, data vault)
• Governance frameworks
• ETL design and performance tuning
• Proficiency in at least one major language: Java, Scala, or Python
• Strong skills in Hive SQL, Spark SQL, and experience with OLAP engines (e.g., Kylin, Presto, Druid).
• Solid experience with Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Delta Lake, Kafka, HBase, etc.)
• Familiar with workflow tools like Airflow and in-memory/cache solutions like Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Bonus: AWS Big Data services experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective regional coordination.
