🔍 What You’ll Do

• Perform deep-dive analysis on ambiguous business problems to influence product direction.
• Own key data metrics end-to-end, including logging, data pipelines, and visualizations.
• Ensure rigorous statistical practices across experimentation and causal inference.
• Review code, build ETLs, and guide use of SQL and Python across teams.
• Translate data into compelling insights to drive executive decisions.

• 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with PhD) in a quantitative field.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful data science projects.
