Join ZoomInfo’s Foundation Data team to develop and scale AI models that power the company’s next-gen go-to-market intelligence platform. You’ll work on large-scale problems like entity resolution, dense/sparse retrieval, knowledge graphs, and structured data extraction—touching billions of records and millions of daily queries. Your work will directly impact 40,000+ customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and productionize Transformer/RAG architectures (e.g., BERT, GTE-Qwen, modernBERT)
• Create scalable hybrid dense/sparse retrieval systems using vector DBs
• Own and improve NER pipelines (multi-language, high-recall, real-time)
• Design entity-resolution frameworks across massive datasets
• Implement agentic workflows and robust evaluation frameworks (A/B testing, KPI tracking)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product/engineering to scale solutions
• Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers
• Influence roadmap, strategy, and model deployment decisions

Requirements

• 6+ years ML/NLP experience (or 3+ years post-PhD/Master's)
• Proven experience delivering ML products at 100M+ record scale
• Strong in NER, entity resolution, knowledge graphs, vector search
• Deep knowledge of Transformer stacks, RAG, embeddings, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Strong engineering skills in Python (Go/Java is a plus)
• Confident communicator with ability to influence execs and cross-functional teams
