🧠 What You’ll Do

• Lead analytical investigations into ambiguous product and business problems.
• Own data metrics end-to-end: from logging and transformation to reporting and visualization.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines, ensure clean data and strong observability.
• Enforce a high bar for experimentation, causal inference, and statistical rigor.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to shape product strategy.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science (or 3+ years post-PhD) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Math, Computer Science).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Demonstrated experience leading impactful, complex DS projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling ability with both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with iterative product development and working with digital products.
