Job description

• Scrutiny of DP/Trading Account Forms ( Individual, All type of Non Individual, Trust, NRI, NRO)
• Coordination with CP-CRM for Objection Clearance, Keeping track of the inward KYCs
• Account Opening, Modification, Reactivation ( Digital / Normal)
• CP Training and Support
• KYC/Rekyc Product Development

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel
• Communication Skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati,

• Customer Oriented- Ability to provide solutions to resolve matters in specified TAT
• Focused- On process relating to smooth and speedy account opening
