- Scrutiny of DP/Trading Account Forms ( Individual, All type of Non Individual, Trust, NRI, NRO)
- Coordination with CP-CRM for Objection Clearance, Keeping track of the inward KYCs
- Account Opening, Modification, Reactivation ( Digital / Normal)
- CP Training and Support
- KYC/Rekyc Product Development

- In-depth knowledge of Account Opening Requirements
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel
- Communication Skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati,
- Quick Learner- To be adaptable and able to interpret regulatory changes
- Team player- Ability to collaborate with internal external stakeholders
- Customer Oriented- Ability to provide solutions to resolve matters in specified TAT
- Focused- On process relating to smooth and speedy account opening
