Binance is hiring a Senior Fiat Growth Strategist to lead execution-focused growth strategies for fiat on/off-ramps in Southeast Asia. This high-impact role is ideal for a crypto-savvy growth operator experienced in user acquisition, local market activations, and funnel optimization. You’ll design region-specific strategies to boost user penetration and fiat product usage.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Drive user growth for fiat products (P2P, agent networks, KOLs, payment channels)
• Launch and localize growth playbooks based on regional user behavior
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, referrals, offline)
• Monitor and optimize full conversion funnel via behavioral data
• Collaborate with BD, Product, AML, and Compliance teams to enable local integrations

✅ Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or marketing roles with regional execution
• Experience with rebate-based or volume-driven growth models
• Deep knowledge of fiat payments and on/off-ramp mechanics
• Strong data analysis and A/B testing mindset
• Fluent in English; crypto/fintech experience is a major plus
• Flexible, fast-paced, and cross-culturally fluent
