• Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Business Partnership
• Location: On-site in San Francisco (relocation required if not local)
• Compensation: $156,000–$175,000 base + equity + benefits
• Function: Strategic finance support and business partnering for Legal, Trust & Safety, Policy, and Talent teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Forecasting:
• Lead financial planning related to headcount, resource allocation, and expense forecasting for non-revenue departments.
• Business Partnering:
• Work closely with senior leaders in Legal, Policy, Safety, and People Ops to shape planning decisions with financial insight.
• Data & Reporting:
• Build dashboards, metrics, and financial models to guide decisions and monitor performance.
• Automation & Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting and forecasting processes.
• Strategic Analysis:
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop narratives that influence leadership decisions and budgeting.

• Experience:
• 3+ years in FP&A, Accounting, or Management Consulting.
• Skill Set:
• Advanced Excel / financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and data-to-narrative translation skills.
• Proficiency in storytelling for executive audiences.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
