📌 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join Crypto.com’s Backend Team. In this hybrid role based in Taipei, you’ll work on fast-paced ventures and features adjacent to our core products, including fiat wallet services and retail trading applications. You’ll have the opportunity to own projects end-to-end, from frontend interfaces to robust backend infrastructure, while contributing to our mission of putting Cryptocurrency in Every Wallet™.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
Drive architectural decisions and contribute to design and code reviews.
Collaborate across teams to expand retail trading products into new global markets.
Resolve technical issues impacting users by delivering reliable, real-time trading information.
Provide technical documentation and ensure code quality through testing and peer review.
Act as a project owner: experiment with new tools, suggest innovative solutions, and drive forward engineering excellence.

✅ Requirements

Technical Skills:

Frontend: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
Backend: Proficiency in Ruby; Golang is a plus.
Testing: Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and delivery quality practices.
DevOps/Infrastructure: Familiarity with large-scale backend systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Self-motivated, fast learner, and results-driven.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Open to feedback and able to incorporate diverse perspectives.
Understanding of financial technologies and blockchain is a plus.
