• Salary: $196,000 – $220,500 base + equity + benefits

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain end-to-end ad products and infrastructure, focusing on the frontend but also backend components.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Revenue Infrastructure, Core Tech, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Design scalable, maintainable systems to launch and iterate quickly with high technical quality.
• Own projects from requirement gathering, design, implementation, to launch and maintenance.
• Set best practices for code and operations; mentor teammates.
• Drive revenue growth and enhance user engagement with digital advertising features.
