Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – Coinbase | Remote (Brazil)

Job Description:

As a key engineer on the Agent Productivity Tools (APT) team at Coinbase, you will build tools and applications that empower customer agents to work faster, smarter, and with greater accuracy. Your work will enhance compliance processes and drive exceptional customer experiences at scale through automation, seamless UI, and robust backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Golang, gRPC, TypeScript, and React.
• Drive technical excellence and mentor peers in best practices for architecture, testing, observability, and deployment.
• Integrate and evaluate third-party SaaS platforms to extend core CX capabilities.
• Deliver cross-functional outcomes in collaboration with Product, Design, Security, and Data teams.
• Lead initiatives across distributed teams and time zones, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Core Technologies: Golang, React, TypeScript, gRPC, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Kafka, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, Event-Driven Architecture

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years building scalable web apps and APIs with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with high-traffic platforms, observability, load balancing, rate limiting, and caching.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to AI tools (OpenAI/ChatGPT) and custom integrations is a plus.
