• Own regional lifecycle marketing strategy with global-local collaboration
• Execute campaigns to drive user activation and retention
• Leverage CRM channels (email, push, in-app) for user engagement
• Work with cross-functional teams (data, content, design, etc.)
• Apply A/B testing, funnel analysis, and optimization tactics
• Innovate with growth-hacking and retargeting strategies
• Use insights from internal/external data to refine campaigns

✅ Requirements:

• 8+ years in lifecycle marketing (online/remote/global preferred)
• Multichannel and product-led growth marketing experience
• Strong skills in CRM tools, campaign management, and marketing ops
• Proficient in A/B testing, funnel analysis, segmentation
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
