About the Role:

Binance is looking for an experienced and strategic lifecycle marketing professional to take ownership of global and regional lifecycle campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with local teams and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives that drive user activation, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate understands CRM strategy and has a growth-hacking mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead lifecycle marketing strategies in partnership with regional and global teams.
• Develop and execute new ideas to improve user activation and retention.
• Use CRM channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to engage users.
• Work with acquisition, performance, and organic marketing teams to build retargeting strategies.
• Analyze user funnels and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in data, design, content, and marketing ops.
• Launch and scale campaigns using data insights and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in lifecycle marketing or strategy, ideally in online or global remote companies.
• Strong understanding of AB testing, funnel analysis, and multichannel campaign tactics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms/tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Logical, analytical mindset with strong decision-making based on data.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
