About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our Exchange team in Singapore. You’ll be part of a global, high-impact team focused on building and maintaining our cutting-edge derivatives trading platform. If you are passionate about fintech, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a deep understanding of trading systems, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions for our derivatives exchange using a microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with product management to optimize and innovate trading models, algorithms, and product features.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and participate in the release process.
• Build scalable and secure systems with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure and platform issues across the technology stack.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance and system resilience.
• Maintain documentation of code and feature implementation.
• Partner with DevOps to enhance and upgrade the tech stack continuously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Java programming experience.
• Experience in financial services (Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, Exchange) with a focus on trading systems for Equity, FX, or Derivatives (traditional or crypto).
• Familiarity with TDD methodology and automated testing practices.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-driven mindset.
• Proactive, fast learner who adapts well to changing priorities in a dynamic industry.
• Derivative product experience is a strong plus.
