Join our Cloud Tech - Trading Systems Team as a Senior Java Engineer and help build scalable, high-performance trading systems. This is a critical role for experienced developers passionate about crypto innovation and building systems that power a global exchange.

📌 Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-concurrency Java applications for spot/futures trading.
• Architect fault-tolerant, low-latency backend systems.
• Optimize and ensure system reliability under demanding workloads.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, DevOps, and engineering teams.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging tech.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of backend Java development experience.
• Deep expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Proficient with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and tools (Maven).
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba Cloud).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Adaptive and collaborative in fast-paced, remote environments.
