The Tech Compliance Team ensures Binance’s systems align with international regulatory standards. This group of engineers designs robust compliance infrastructure to enhance platform security, transparency, and trust — key to Binance’s long-term sustainability in a highly regulated industry.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire software development lifecycle: from requirements to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership: design reviews, architectural decisions, and hands-on coding.
• Upgrade foundational infrastructure and system architecture.
• Design and implement solutions for regulatory requirements: invoices, user reports, and integrations with government APIs/web services.
• Collaborate across departments to gather requirements and offer technical design guidance.
• Stay up to date with tech innovations and apply them to improve compliance tools and services.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in backend development or compliance-related systems.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and hands-on coding.
• Familiar with the Spring Framework.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments and server-side application development.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code architecture.
• Robust SQL skills and familiarity with diverse data frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and (ideally) SOAP web services.
• Background in financial systems, especially tax or invoicing, is a major plus.
• Knowledge of structured/unstructured big data tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in crypto or top-tier tech companies is advantageous.
