💼 Role Overview

You’ll work on Java Spring Boot microservices architecture to build scalable, reliable backend services supporting recommendation and search functionalities. The role involves handling big data technologies, optimizing data storage/retrieval, and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Design & develop microservices using Java Spring Boot and Spring Cloud (service discovery, config management, load balancing)
• Handle big data processing using Hive, Spark, Flink
• Optimize large-scale databases and data workflows (e.g., Elasticsearch, HBase)
• Collaborate closely with business teams for requirements and delivery
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend services for performance and reliability
• Participate in full software development lifecycle
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing platforms

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years Java development experience, with at least 3 years on Spring Boot microservices
• Strong knowledge of Spring Cloud components
• Hands-on experience with big data tools: Hive, Spark, Flink
• Familiarity with Apollo Config Center, Kafka, Xxl Job Scheduler, Pinpoint, Prometheus
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and backend optimization expertise
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Knowledge of financial or blockchain domains is advantageous
