About the Role

Join CoinDCX’s Business and Strategic Alliances team to drive institutional engagement and deepen relationships with VIP and enterprise clients in the crypto and equity trading space. This role requires a strong mix of client relationship management, product expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You will directly impact CoinDCX’s enterprise growth, client retention, and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key institutional and VIP client relationships
• Understand clients' investment goals and deliver tailored crypto solutions
• Drive product penetration and increase wallet share through cross-selling
• Monitor client activity and trading volumes to ensure engagement and retention
• Relay client feedback to internal teams to influence product development
• Assist in onboarding institutional clients, KYC processes, and compliance
• Generate and present revenue/MIS reports for enterprise accounts
• Stay current with market trends, trading APIs, and crypto developments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years in institutional account management (equity/crypto broking preferred)
• Strong financial markets knowledge and client-facing skills
• Proficient in CRM tools, data analysis, and project management
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced Web3 environment
• Knowledge of AML/KYC processes and API trading is a plus
