📌 Position Overview
Role: Senior Learning Experience Partner
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (On-site required for onboarding and key learning events)
Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $148,000 – $166,500 base + equity + benefits
Team: Learning Experience (LX)
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead Company-Wide Onboarding: Design and continuously improve a scalable onboarding program that boosts early productivity and belonging.
- Create Strategic Learning Programs: Design and launch 2–3 high-impact learning initiatives annually in partnership with leadership.
- Consult with Leadership: Advise senior leaders on learning solutions to solve team performance and collaboration challenges.
- Project Manage Learning Initiatives: Oversee cross-functional learning projects from discovery to delivery, involving multiple stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics and analytics to measure impact, iterate, and report learning effectiveness.
- Facilitation: Lead high-impact learning sessions, from team workshops to large-scale all-hands and leadership offsites.
- Build Scalable Systems: Develop templates, playbooks, and resources that make learning repeatable across the company.
- Innovate in L&D: Experiment with tools, methods, and emerging technologies (like AI) to push learning forward.
🧠 What You Should Have
- 6+ years of L&D or org development experience, with 3+ years leading major enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Proven experience creating impactful onboarding programs for 800+ employee organizations.
- Strong record of partnering with leadership to design learning that improves engagement and performance.
- Hands-on experience running complex, multi-stakeholder projects including vendor and budget management.
- Skilled in LMS tools (WorkRamp, Cornerstone) and tech (Notion, Loom, Articulate, Genially).
- Confident facilitator for audiences from small teams to full orgs (200+ people).
- Strong builder of repeatable systems and content across decentralized teams.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable using metrics to optimize and iterate programs.
- Agile, organized, and adaptable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.

- Experience using LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude in program design or delivery
