Location: On-site – San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $148,000 – $166,500 + Equity + Benefits

About the Role:

Discord is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Partner to lead and transform learning and development initiatives that empower employees (“Discordians”) to thrive from day one. Your initial mission will be to revamp our company-wide onboarding program—followed by leading other major programs that support growth, leadership, and collaboration.

This role demands a strategic learning designer, a confident facilitator, and a partner to senior leadership. You’ll design scalable programs, manage complex learning projects, and track effectiveness through robust data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and deliver the onboarding experience to boost productivity and belonging
• Launch 2–3 high-impact learning programs annually
• Collaborate with leadership to solve team performance issues
• Lead end-to-end project delivery with cross-functional partners
• Facilitate sessions for new hires, leadership teams, and company-wide workshops
• Develop scalable systems, templates, and learning playbooks
• Use analytics to evaluate learning outcomes and iterate on impact
• Experiment with new technologies and methodologies

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in L&D or organizational development
• Proven success with onboarding at scale (800+ employees)
• Strong stakeholder management, project execution, and facilitation skills
• Expertise in LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Bay Area residency or willingness to relocate required
