🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Litigation Strategy: Design and execute litigation and regulatory response strategies for complex, global issues affecting Binance.
• Manage External Counsel: Act as the primary point of contact for external legal counsel and opposing parties.
• Cross-Functional Support: Advise internal teams across regions on legal risks and compliance in high-stakes environments.
• Dispute Resolution Framework: Create an internal system to manage legal risks, settlement options, and arbitration processes.
• Documentation: Draft and review litigation documents including discovery responses, motions, reports, and agreements.
• Mentorship & Training: Develop legal acumen across the company by mentoring legal talent and educating non-legal staff.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient management of litigation documentation, billing, contract workflows, and reporting.
• Proactive Risk Management: Spot legal risks early and suggest forward-thinking legal solutions.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in litigation, investigations, and dispute resolution, ideally in:
• Crypto
• Tech
• Financial services
• Global legal operations and cross-jurisdictional litigation expertise.
• Proven leadership managing high-profile or sensitive litigation matters.
• Regulatory experience (inquiries, investigations, agency responses).
• Excellent legal drafting, verbal, and analytical communication skills in English.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to align legal advice with strategic goals.
• Track record of collaborating across diverse teams and managing simultaneous cases.
