Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation and dispute resolution strategies.
• Manage external counsel and negotiate with opposing parties to protect Binance’s interests.
• Provide strategic legal advice across regions on complex regulatory and litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and oversee critical litigation documents and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor internal legal talent.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in global operations.
• Oversee litigation team operations including billing and compliance.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years in litigation, investigations, preferably in tech, finance, or crypto.
• Strong international, multi-jurisdictional experience.
• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters under pressure.
• Deep understanding of crypto regulations and business strategy.
