Role Overview

• Lead legal strategy on complex litigation, regulatory issues, and disputes worldwide.
• Serve as main contact for external counsel and opposing parties.
• Provide strategic legal advice across regions in the crypto, tech, and financial sectors.
• Design dispute resolution frameworks aligned with Binance’s business and risk goals.
• Manage drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of litigation/arbitration documents.
• Mentor legal team and promote legal literacy company-wide.
• Oversee litigation operations: billing, contract management, document control.

Key Requirements

• 12–15+ years in litigation, investigations, and dispute resolution (tech, fintech, crypto preferred).
• Extensive international and cross-jurisdictional experience.
• Proven leadership handling high-profile global legal matters.
• Outstanding English legal drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple high-priority cases under pressure.
• Experience managing regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Strong interest/knowledge in cryptocurrency regulatory environment.
• Business acumen with people management and proactive problem-solving.
• Skilled in interpreting diverse global laws and contracts.
