About the Role

CoinDCX is hiring a Senior Manager - Copywriting for their Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on leading the creative copy team to build standout internet-first campaigns that elevate the CoinDCX brand in the competitive Web3 and crypto space.

Experience & Skills Required

• 8+ years of copywriting experience with 3+ years in leadership roles managing multiple campaigns
• Proven portfolio showcasing innovative digital-first campaigns
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms: Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Experience in fintech or crypto brands is a plus
• Expertise in both digital and offline mediums (print, TV, outdoor)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Create sharp, engaging copy across formats: social media, videos, blogs, scripts
• Lead brainstorming and mentor creative teams
• Maintain a bold, consistent brand voice
• Use data and trends to produce culturally relevant, viral content
